Terms and conditions

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of the package.

It is not necessary to specify the reason you are returning the product. You can ask for a change with another article, a voucher to use later or a refund. The choice can not be changed later.

The return is only accepted if the product is in the same condition as it was sent. Therefore must be perfectly intact, it should not be used, modified. It must be complete with original box and still intact.

The product must be received by us within 10 days from the date of authorization to return.

The postal address to which to make the item being returned is: Termica Srl, Via delle Cinque Miglia, 17 - 00042 Anzio (RM).

We recommend using a trackable service (thus Recommended, express parcel 3 of the Italian Post Office or Express courier service) as the responsibility on delivery is paid by the sender.

The customer to return the product can use our express delivery service, in this case the liability for damage or wear due to transportation are borne by the customer. The transport costs are € 7 + VAT, amount which will be retained in the process of returning money.

After we received the package made, and verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a mail of acceptance to return. Refund will be made by check within 15-30 days, or by bank transfer or voucher if you prefer. The transport costs are NOT refundable.

In no case is it possible to reject at the time of delivery of the goods ordered, that fact will not be considered application of the right of return, but breach of contract. Returns can only be made in the manner described above.
